New Build Condominiums – Six multi-family houses are being constructed in a climate-friendly solid wood construction using industrially prefabricated wall and ceiling elements (serial production) and meet the KfW-40-QNG standard. Each building has its own staircase and elevator connecting the underground garage to every residential floor, ensuring that you can comfortably reach your living level via the shortest possible route. The green roof area will be fitted with a photovoltaic system, and the electricity generated will be supplied at a price significantly below the market rate.
Houses 1 to 4 are built almost identically and each offers 14 residential units with living areas ranging from approximately 84 m² to 132 m² and available in 3- or 4-room layouts.
Houses 5 and 6, situated in a protected courtyard location, each contain 8 apartments with living areas of about 61 to 117 m² and available in 2-, 3-, and 4-room configurations. While the layouts of these buildings are identical, they are arranged in a mirrored formation next to each other.
The six multi-family houses and their access routes are planned so that a sheltered, courtyard area—set back from the street—will offer generously sized green spaces and a well-visible playground for the youngest residents.
The basement is constructed as a watertight concrete structure (“white shell”) – the conveniently accessible underground garage has been designed with separate entry and exit points to ensure smooth ingress and egress even at peak times. Approximately 35 parking spaces in the underground garage will be fully prepared from the start for charging stations/wallboxes, so that you have an immediate charging option if desired. In addition, several shared storage areas for bicycles have been provided.
The storage areas for waste containers have been planned above ground, close to the houses, ensuring the shortest possible route to the street.
Additional optional features for seniors and people with minor impairments – such as emergency call systems, etc. – are available on request.
