New Build Condominium Apartments – 6 multi-family houses will be constructed using climate-friendly solid wood construction with industrially prefabricated wall and ceiling elements (serial production) and meet the KfW-40-QNG standard. The green roof area will be equipped with a photovoltaic system, and this electricity will be provided at significantly below market price.
Houses 1 to 4 have almost identical layouts, each offering 14 residential units with living areas of approximately 84 m² to 132 m² and 3 or 4 rooms.
Houses 5 and 6, located in a protected courtyard setting, each offer 8 apartments with living areas of approximately 61 to 117 m² and available in 2, 3, and 4-room sizes. The buildings are identical in structure, but are arranged as mirror images of each other.
The 6 multi-family houses and their adjoining access paths are arranged so that in the courtyard – protected and set away from the street – there will be spacious green areas as well as a well-visible playground for the youngest residents.
The basement will be constructed as a reinforced concrete structure with a “white shell” (WU-Beton-Bauwerk) – the conveniently accessible underground garage has been planned with separate entry and exit points to ensure swift access during peak times.
Approximately 35 underground parking spaces will be fully prepared from the start for charging stations/wall boxes, so that you can have an immediate charging option if interested.
Several communal storage areas for bicycles have also been provided.
The storage areas for waste containers have been planned above ground, near the buildings, with the shortest possible routes to the street.
Additional optional equipment for seniors and people with slight impairments, such as emergency call systems, etc., are available upon request.
