You’ll find the Credit Check form in My Services under your Profile once you pay for the service. You get the results immediately. You can download them as a PDF.
Yes! If they upgrade to Premium, they can have themselves checked (once). If they are already Premium, ask them to get checked and send you the results in a PDF. If there’re no financial issues, the prospect gets a ‘Checked’ badge, visible in their profile. If you’re looking for flatmates, though, you need to check them on your own.

Yes, you can buy a Credit Check if you’re a prospect and want to know whether you’re dealing with a legit owner. The process is the same.
