The 3.5-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a multi-family house in Flein that contains 9 residential units. It impresses with an unobstructed view over Flein and the vineyards.

A large hallway welcomes you at the entrance to the apartment. From there, you can either access the living room or, through a glass sliding door via the kitchen, enter the open living/dining area. The large window front in the living room reveals a charming view.

From the middle bedroom, you can see the vineyards of Flein through a skylight. A large, high-quality fitted wardrobe is also located here.

The spacious room on the east side also offers a nice view. The height of the room even allows for a bunk bed above the door. The carpet flooring should be replaced.

The bathroom has everything you need: a shower, a bathtub, and two washbasins. It was modernized around 2010.

There is also a guest WC.

Slate-colored tiles have been installed in the hallway, dining room, and kitchen. In the living room and the middle bedroom, you walk on a parquet floor.

Flein is a well-known wine town near Heilbronn. It is surrounded by vineyards, forest, and fields. The town also offers much for everyday life: butchers, bakeries, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bank, kindergartens, a primary and secondary school, a variety of sports and leisure activities, and more.

There is a nice bike path to Heilbronn. The city bus connection is very good and the highway connections are also nearby.
