A medium and very quiet residential area. Discount stores are within walking distance. Moreover, Pankow has everything one might need: various retail shops, numerous schools, daycares, medical centers, a hospital, counseling centers, and community facilities.
The two‑room apartment on the left in the upper ground floor features a very practical layout. From the hallway, one can enter separately the larger room with an adjoining balcony overlooking the courtyard, the smaller room facing Karstadter Straße, the kitchen, and the bathroom. The total living area is 46.99 sqm. All windows and the balcony door are equipped with external blinds. Both rooms and the hallway have laminate flooring, underneath of which are unpolished planks in the traditional Ochsenrot style (sanding the planks is possible, the floor is normal as the heating pipes run at the basement ceiling).
