I am renting out a 1+kk apartment, renovated and with a balcony, in an apartment building in Prague 5 – Radotín. The fees are fixed for two people and include electricity, heating, and water. The apartment is furnished with a kitchen, bed, table, and chairs. The apartment has a new washing machine and refrigerator. Internet is available in the apartment on preferential conditions (300 CZK per month).
Signing a contract is a given, as is the possibility, if needed, to issue a certificate of accommodation. Parking is available for free on the street or for a fee in the courtyard of the building.
A bus stop is located 20 m from the entrance to the building, and the train station is 50 m away. All necessary civic amenities are within walking distance. Grocery stores include Billa, Penny Market, Albert, and Žabka; there is also a pharmacy, bakery, toy store, drugstore, hairdresser, and café.
There are many restaurants in the vicinity of the house. In front of the building, there is a park with benches. The river is 200 m from the house, and a cycle path runs along the river. In Radotín, there is both an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a sauna, an athletic stadium, a football field, and a sports hall. A cycle path from Radotín leads all the way to the center of Prague. In Radotín there are both levels of elementary school, the Ota Pavla Grammar School, and a Secondary Vocational School.
