It includes a kitchen area (with a two-burner cooker and a refrigerator), a dining table with two chairs, a washing machine, a wardrobe, a sleeping loft with a mattress, and a work desk. Additionally, the room features a large built-in wardrobe; there is a smaller built-in wardrobe and shoe cabinets in the hallway. Please note that according to the photos, the current tenant’s couch, painting, mirror, kitchen equipment (apart from the refrigerator), blackout curtains, etc. will not be present in the apartment. The bathroom and the WC are separate.

The apartment is located in the Kajetánka area, just a 1-minute walk from the Kajetánka bus stop (6 minutes to Dejvická metro station) and a 5-minute walk from the Drinopol tram stop. The surrounding area offers excellent civic amenities – a restaurant is 30 m away, a grocery store 100 m away, and a Billa is a 5-minute walk away. The TOTAL monthly rent (i.e., rent, services, and internet combined) is 16,500 Kč, which includes all service fees and energy costs (12,900 Kč for rent, and an advance of 3,000 Kč for services and electricity). High-speed internet (600 Kč) is also included in the price. A refundable deposit equal to one month’s rent is required.
