With both tram lines, you reach the Arabellapark subway station on the U4 line within five minutes. The S-Bahn station Johanneskirchen (line S8 – to the airport or downtown) is about 900 m away. For drivers, the connection to the Mittlerer Ring (middle ring road) is considered very good, so you can quickly reach the city center. The airport and the popular recreational areas around Munich are also easily accessible by public transport.
