Hello everyone, we would like to sell our house. The house is located in a secluded area in the blossoming town of Leichlingen (Rhineland). Metzholz is a locality that originated from a farm estate within the town of Leichlingen (Rhineland) in the Rheinisch-Bergischer district.

We have a multi-generational house that was thoughtfully designed for two families living under one roof. The house was planned in 1968, and in 2010 most of it was completely renovated. It offers an incredible view over the countryside.

This apartment consists of three rooms, including a newly added conservatory and a regular WC with a shower. Location: The house is situated in Metzholz in the town of Leichlingen, Rhineland. As we are located in a very rural, secluded area, it is an advantage to be mobile. There is also an excellent restaurant just a 5-minute walk away along the street, and the bus stop is also a 5-minute walk from the house, with a bus arriving three times per hour.
