The terraced house is located in a quiet and very family-friendly area of Erkrath (Kempen). The neighborhood is very friendly and predominantly composed of families. Despite the tranquil setting, it offers excellent connections to the town center. Shopping facilities, schools, kindergartens, and leisure opportunities are available in the immediate vicinity.
