Inside the apartment there are two corridors. When you enter through the front door, you are in the first corridor, with the storage room on the right and the guest WC adjacent. Straight ahead is the kitchen and to the left the living room. In the living room there is a glass sliding door. Through this glass sliding door, you access the second corridor. On the right is the smaller bedroom, on the left the larger bedroom, and straight ahead you reach the bathroom. The layout is well thought-out and very efficient. The “private rooms” branch off from the second corridor and are not immediately visible to visitors and guests.
Good connections to public transportation: a bus stop is located right in front of the building. Shops, doctors, an outpatient nursing service, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants are partly within walking distance. The building also houses a dry cleaner and a hair salon. The Kemnader See, Blankenstein Castle, the Cistercian monastery, and various recreational areas are only a few kilometers away.
