At Bochum’s main station, there is a good subway connection to Bochum Ruhr-University. By car, one is also at the Bochum roundabout with the motorway connections A 43, A 42, and A 40 in different directions in just 5 minutes. Kreuzkamp Street is characterized by many green front gardens and features appropriate garden areas between the houses. It is a purely residential and side street, which makes it green, quiet, and centrally located. The large public green areas around Kreuzkamp can be reached quickly on foot for strolling or jogging. This is a very popular part of Altenbochum in which people enjoy living – especially as the balcony overlooks the adjacent municipal green spaces without any other buildings obstructing the view.

Consequently, the apartment will be handed over freshly renovated in every detail. The works will be completed in the next few days, so that new tenancy is possible from March 15, 2026. The bathroom includes a window, a bathtub, a washbasin, and a WC in the sanitary color “bahamabeige”. Wall and floor tiles are applied in “bahamabeige” tint up to door height. The balcony is accessible from the bedroom. On the balcony, the sun shines from early morning until late afternoon (south-facing). The staircase is painted in white textured plaster and has window surfaces. Each apartment has its own basement storage room. In the basement there is a drying room with a window and heating, as well as a dedicated space for a washing machine for tenants to install their own appliance. There is also an exit from here into the rear garden areas of the building. The children’s room is well suited as an office or even for hosting overnight guests; however, as a children’s room this space is ultimately too small. The apartment features many large windows and has good storage areas. For the size of the apartment, the bedroom and the living room are relatively spacious. The kitchen is accessible from both sides and is a separate room with its own door and window. All rooms are accessible from the hallway. The bathroom and the kitchen face Kreuzkamp Street, as does the office. The living room and bedroom face south, i.e. the balcony side overlooking the greenery – where only the municipal green areas and the private garden areas of the building remain. Thus, the apartment can be well cross-ventilated as windows are located on two sides.
Due to the newly installed genuine hardwood parquet floors, keeping a dog is not permitted. The apartment is not suitable for group living (WG).
The apartment is ideal for one or two persons. Although the children’s room is well proportioned for an office, it is actually too small to serve as a proper children’s room.
