New construction condominiums – 6 multi-family houses will be built using climate-friendly solid wood construction with industrially prefabricated wall and ceiling elements (serial production) and will meet the KfW-40-QNG standard. Houses 1 to 4 are almost identical in layout and each has 14 residential units with living areas of approximately 84 m² to 132 m² and 3 or 4 rooms.
Houses 5 and 6, located in a protected courtyard setting, each have 8 apartments, with living areas of approximately 61 to 117 m² and apartment sizes featuring 2, 3, and 4 rooms. The buildings are identical in design but are arranged as mirror images of each other.
The 6 multi-family houses and their associated access paths are arranged in such a way that the inner courtyard – protected and set away from the street – creates generously sized green areas as well as a well-supervised playground for the youngest residents.
The basement is constructed as a WU concrete structure (“white shell”) – the conveniently accessible underground garage is planned with separate entry and exit to ensure a smooth flow of vehicles even during peak times.
