Unfortunately, there is no floor plan available for the apartment.
However, the photos are, in my opinion, very informative and allow you to envision the apartment. There are two corridors: upon entering the apartment through the front door, you find yourself in the first corridor, from which, on the right, you can access the guest WC and the storage room.
Straight ahead leads to the kitchen, and to the left is the living room.
In the living room, there is a glass sliding door. Through this door, you enter the second corridor.
To the right is the smaller bedroom, to the left the larger bedroom, and straight ahead is the bathroom.
The layout is well thought out and very efficient.
The “private areas” branch off from the second corridor and are not immediately visible to visitors or guests.
There is good access to public transportation, with a bus stop right in front of the building.
Shops, doctors, an outpatient care service, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants are partly within walking distance.
The building is also connected with a dry cleaner and a hair salon.
Kemnader See, Blankenstein Castle, the Cistercian monastery, and several nearby recreational areas are only a few kilometers away.
