I am offering a completely renovated, unfurnished 2+1 apartment for long-term rent, measuring 55 m² with a small balcony. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a six-story building with an elevator. It is bright, facing east and west, and the windows are fitted with internal shutters. The layout includes a separate kitchen and two non-communicating rooms, one of which has a small balcony and a walk-in closet/pantry. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a stovetop. In the hallway, opposite a built-in wardrobe, you will find the bathroom and a separate toilet.
A billable advance payment of CZK 4,500 for utilities is added to the monthly rent, and electricity will be transferred to the tenant's name.
This offer is intended only for decent and reliable non-smoking applicants; the apartment is not suitable for children or pets.
Upon signing the contract, a refundable deposit of CZK 50,000 is required, along with the rent and advance payments for the first month.
