I am offering an apartment for rent on the 6th floor (5th storey) in a brick tenement house with a new elevator. The apartment consists of three separate rooms, a kitchen with a fitted kitchen unit, a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, an entrance hall, and a corridor.
In the courtyard, there is a shared terrace and a bike shed. The apartment is available for immediate move-in. The building manager resides in the building.
An 80-meter walk from the building brings you to the Olšanské náměstí tram stop. The Flora metro station is 600 meters away. There are many shops and services nearby (bakery, butcher, grocery, confectionery, restaurant, fruit and vegetable store, drugstore, banks, newsagent, swimming pool, fitness center, etc.).
The building is located in a quiet part of Žižkov, shielded from busy streets by surrounding structures. Service fees cover heating, hot water, elevator, building cleaning and lighting of the common areas, as well as water and sewage. These fees are calculated for three persons and do not include the electricity consumption (lighting, cooking) in the apartment. The electricity meter will be transferred to the tenant’s name. In the building, you can take advantage of offers from cable/telephone operators (internet, television, satellite, telephone) as well as a shared TV antenna.
