The 656 m² building plot can, according to the development plan, be developed with a single- or two-family residential building as a detached or semi-detached house in a two-story configuration.

The allocation of the plot will be carried out by a bidding process. The highest bid will receive the award. In the event of equal bids, the number of minor children in the bidder’s household who are entitled to maintenance will be decisive. The bidder with the highest number will receive the award; if there is still a tie, the decision will be made by lot.

The minimum price for the developed plot amounts to EUR 177,120.00.

The city of Fröndenberg/Ruhr, with around 21,000 residents, is located in the south of the Unna district along the Hagen-Kassel and Unna-Neuenrade railway lines as well as the Dortmund-Kassel motorway. The river terraces on the right bank of the Ruhr and the heights of the western Haar ridge shape its landscape. The Ruhr valley forms the end of the lower Sauerland. It rises about 120 m up to the 244.7 m high Henrichsknübel. The northern part of the town area borders on the Hellwegbörde.

The close proximity to the Ruhr valley cycle path and the adjacent nature reserves make it ideal for outings.

The plot is located in the "Auf dem Buhrlande" development area in the district of Ardey. In the area, there is a kindergarten. Shopping facilities, additional kindergartens, primary schools, a comprehensive school, and sports facilities are available in the neighboring district or in the town center.
