The City of Fröndenberg/Ruhr offers a building plot for sale in the Dellwig district, located in the “Gosemark II” construction area. The 832 m² plot may, according to the development plan, have a multi-family residential building constructed on it as a single or semi-detached house in a two-story design. Six residential units are to be built. Additional specifically defined conditions must be met during the development; failure to comply will result in contractual penalties.

An urban sewer line runs through the property. An easement for this purpose must be entered in the land register.

The property is allocated through a tender process. The highest bid will win the contract. In the event of equal bids, the decision will be made by lot.

The minimum bid for the developed plot is €208,000.00.

The City of Fröndenberg/Ruhr, with approximately 21,000 inhabitants, is located in the southern part of the Unna district along the Hagen-Kassel and Unna-Neuenrade railway lines as well as the Dortmund-Kassel motorway. The river terraces on the right bank of the Ruhr and the heights of the western slope of the Haar range shape its landscape. The Ruhr valley forms the end of the lower Sauerland, rising about 120 m up to the 244.7 m high Henrichsknübel. The northern part of the city borders on the Hellwegbörde.

The proximity to the Ruhr valley cycle path and the adjacent nature reserves makes it ideal for excursions.
