The 607 m² plot of land can, according to the development plan, be built with a single- or two-family dwelling as either a detached or semi-detached house in two-story construction.

The property will be allocated through a bidding procedure. The highest bid will win the contract. In the event of equal bids, the number of dependent minor children living in the bidder’s household will be decisive. The bidder with the highest number will be awarded the contract; if there is still a tie, the decision will be made by lot.

The minimum price for the developed plot is EUR 163,890.00.

The town of Fröndenberg/Ruhr, with approximately 21,000 inhabitants, is located in the south of the Unna district along the Hagen-Kassel and Unna-Neuenrade railway lines as well as the Dortmund-Kassel motorway. The river terraces on the right bank of the Ruhr and the elevations of the western Haar range shape its landscape. The Ruhr valley forms the end of the lower Sauerland, ascending about 120 m up to the 244.7 m high Henrichsknübel. The northern part of the city borders on the Hellwegbörde. Its proximity to the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path and the nearby nature reserves makes it ideal for excursions.

The plot is situated in the “Auf dem Buhrlande” building area in the Ardey district. There is a kindergarten in the area. Shopping options, additional kindergartens, primary schools, a comprehensive school, and sports facilities can be found in the neighboring district or in the city center.
