Behind the garage there are two rainwater collection basins for the precipitation from the garage roof. Below the terrace, there is an underground cistern into which the rainfall from the driveway as well as from the southern side of the roof flows.

The attached floor plans show the original condition. On the ground floor, the two garden-side rooms have been combined. In doing so, the front door was sealed off.
