Market Hohenwart hereby announces that an undeveloped property (Am Sonnbichl 4) in the construction area at Kerschberg II is being offered for sale to the highest bidder. The property is located near the center of Hohenwart as well as near the school and kindergarten/day care center. It has an area of 534 square meters. The exact location of the property can be obtained from the municipal administration. A site plan is attached.

On 22.09.2025, bids will be opened at the non-public municipal council meeting and the property will be allocated. Offers must be submitted no later than Monday, 22.09.2025 at 12:00 p.m. at the town hall. Please send your offer in a sealed envelope marked “Offer for the Building Plot Allocation Kerschberg II” to Markt Hohenwart, Marktplatz 2, 86558 Hohenwart.

The auction will be conducted based on the highest bid. The highest bidder will receive the award provided that the bid reaches the minimum price of 268,785 Euros. The sale of the property is “as seen” and without any warranty.

Should the highest bidder fail to sign the purchase contract within 30 days after the auction, the municipality reserves the right to award the property to the second-highest bidder. After the sale, construction must commence within 5 years, and the project must be completed no later than 8 years after the sale date.

The municipality reserves the right to cancel or modify the tender without providing any reasons.
