Market Hohenwart hereby announces that the agricultural property with parcel number 1681 in the Freinhausen district is being offered for sale by highest bid. The property has an area of 19,341 m². The exact location of the property can be obtained from the municipal administration. A location plan is attached.

On 22.09.2025, during the non-public part of the municipal council meeting, the bids will be opened and the property awarded. Bids must be submitted at the town hall by no later than Monday, 22.09.2025, at 12:00 PM. Please submit your bid in a sealed envelope marked “Bid for the Agricultural Property Allocation” addressed to:

The allocation will be conducted according to the principle of the highest bid. The highest bidder will receive the award, provided that their bid reaches the minimum price of 290,115 Euro. The sale of the property is made as seen and without any warranties. All incidental costs (real estate transfer tax, notary fees, etc.) shall be borne by the buyer.

Should the highest bidder fail to sign the purchase contract within 30 days after the award, the municipality reserves the right to award the property to the second-highest bidder.

The municipality reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer without providing any reasons.
