I am THE OWNER and am offering for rent a 2-room apartment on the 3rd floor, facing the street, 44 m² with a balcony, in an excellent location. Only available for non-smokers and without pets. The apartment is not suitable for small children due to street noise.
The building is located at Prievozská 10 (close to the Mlynské nivy bus stop) at the corner of Prievozská and Plynárenská streets. The location is near BBC1, Apollo Business Center, and not far from ING, IBM, and Twin City. Right in front of the building is the Miletičova public transport stop.
The apartment consists of one separate room. The second room is combined with the kitchen. It is fully furnished: 2 beds, storage space in 2 built-in wardrobes, 2 tables, chairs, a sofa, built-in appliances including a dishwasher, kitchen utensils, and a washing machine.
The price for one person is 710 EUR per month, including utilities and internet. Arranging your own parking space is possible, but it is not a requirement for renting the apartment. A refundable deposit of 900 euros is required.
