I am offering a rental of a 3+1 apartment – with the possibility of 4+1; see the description. It is 70 m² with a balcony, partially furnished, on the 2nd floor of a 12-story building.

Price and conditions:

€700 per month in rent + €220 as advance payment for utilities and services for 1 person (excluding internet). An additional €30 is charged for each extra person.

Deposit: one month’s rent.

Pets are allowed by individual agreement.

Description of the rooms, furnishings, and imperfections:

Entrance hall – coat rack with mirror and storage space for shoes.

Toilet – electric bidet seat, fully adjustable.

Bathroom – renovated about 2 years ago, washing machine is about 2 years old, bathroom cabinet, sink with drawers, mirrored cabinet with backlighting, bathtub with a pneumatically lifting extendable screen.

Large hall – closet with mirror, chest of drawers, sofa, and carpet – it can be used as a small living room to create a 4+1 layout.

Bedroom – bed measuring 200x180 (without mattresses), two bedside tables, built-in closet.

Living room – internet connection (I had one from Isper; UPC is also set up, other providers I am not sure about), a hole in the wall in the small room for a LAN cable, minor damage on the door – a long, thin scratch at the bottom.

Small room – small closet, damaged flooring in two spots.

Kitchen – refrigerator with freezer, oven and stove, extractor hood with filter, sink, microwave with a visual blemish from a cleaning agent, extendable table with several surface damages, two chairs, and a kitchen counter that has only one small drawer plus water damage in the joints (swollen).

Balcony – one flowerpot.
