Furthermore, a communal bicycle room will be available on the basement level for each building.
Each floor is conveniently accessible by the passenger elevator, which is located in close proximity to the staircase.
In the underground garage, there are 13 parking spaces per building, of which 6 will be wheelchair-accessible.
For Apartment 2.44, it is optional to purchase an underground garage parking space. The price for an underground garage parking space is EUR 20,000.00, or EUR 25,000.00 for a wheelchair-accessible space.
The apartments will be delivered turnkey.
Construction began at the end of 2024. The apartment is expected to be completed by December 2026.
