Furthermore, each building offers a communal bicycle storage room in the basement.

Each floor is easily accessible via the passenger elevator, which is located in close proximity to the staircase.

In the underground garage there are 13 parking spaces per building, of which 6 parking spaces are wheelchair accessible.

For Apartment 2.25, an outdoor parking space (No. 28) must be purchased.

The price for an outdoor parking space is EUR 10,000.00.

The apartments will be delivered turnkey.

Construction began at the end of 2024. The apartment is expected to be completed in December 2026.
