Every floor is conveniently accessible via the passenger elevator, which is located in close proximity to the staircase.
In the underground garage, each building has 13 parking spaces, 6 of which will be wheelchair accessible. For Apartment 2.38, it is optional to purchase an underground parking space. The price for an underground parking space is EUR 20,000.00 or EUR 25,000.00 (wheelchair accessible).
The apartments will be delivered turnkey.
Construction began at the end of 2024. Completion of the apartment is expected by December 2026.
