In the underground car park, each building features 13 parking spaces, of which 6 will be wheelchair-accessible. For this apartment 1.15, it is optional to purchase an underground parking space. The price for an underground parking space is EUR 20,000.00 or EUR 25,000.00 (wheelchair-accessible).
The apartments will be delivered turnkey.
Construction began at the end of 2024. The apartment is expected to be completed in December 2026.
