Furthermore, each building will offer a communal bicycle storage room in the basement.
Every floor is conveniently accessible via a passenger elevator, which is located in close proximity to the staircase.
In the underground garage, each building will have 13 parking spaces, of which 6 will be wheelchair-accessible.
For Apartment 1.03, it is optional whether to purchase an underground parking space. The price for an underground parking space is EUR 20,000.00, or EUR 25,000.00 for a wheelchair-accessible space.
The apartments will be handed over turnkey.
Construction began at the end of 2024. The apartment is expected to be completed in December 2026.
