We would like to sell our cozy 2.5-room apartment because we are moving back to our hometown to be with our family.

In 2020, we carried out a complete renovation on our own with a well-thought-out concept and a lot of effort. We hired skilled craftsmen and used very high-quality materials. Details of the comprehensive renovation in 2020:

- The entire electrical system was renewed with a new distribution panel, many new sockets, new cables for ceiling lights, and additional sockets for Wi-Fi routers above the doors.

- Network cables run from the electrical distribution panel into every room.

- TV signal outlets (Cable Deutschland) are distributed in 4 rooms.

- Custom ceiling light box systems were installed in the bedroom and living room.

- A new cable connection from the building’s distributor, equipped with an active amplifier, ensures excellent internet and TV signals.

- The parquet floor in the living room was sanded down and resealed.

- New interior doors including door frames were installed.
