Vedle kuchyně se nachází prostor na ledničku, skříň a pod. Předsíň má rozlohu 7m2 a komora 2m2. Součástí bytu je sklep o rozloze 8,5m2, který hlídají kamery a je za třemi uzamykatelnými dveřmi.
Nastěhování je možné od 1. 8. 2025 a smlouva se uzavírá na jeden rok s možností prodloužení. Vratná kauce je stanovena na méně než dva měsíční nájmy. V bytě je možné mít přihlášeno trvalé bydliště. Byt je vytápěn elektrickým topením. Celkové náklady, včetně elektřiny, vody, plynu i poplatků na společné prostory v domě vyjdou na cca 3 000 Kč. Samotný nájem je 16 800 Kč. Energie jsou zapsány na nájemníka.
Byt se nachází na pomezí Libně a Vysočan v blízkosti se nachází obchodní centrum Harfa s fitness centrem a dalšími obchody, včetně potravin. V blízkosti základní škola, poliklinika Vysočany, minipivovar Kolčavka, O2 aréna a další občanská vybavenost. Na zastávku metra Českomoravská je to jen 350m, nejbližší tramvajová zastávka je Ocelářská cca 300m.
Prohlídky v bytě budou probíhat 7.6. a 14.6. dopoledne i odpoledne (dle dohody).

Do you like a quiet location with a bit of a greenery and with a good transportation to the center of Prague? Vysočany is just for you. I offer for rent an apartment on the 5th floor with an elevator. The first room in the apartment is a living room (23 m2), which is connected to the kitchen and includes a gas stove. Another room is a spacious bedroom / workroom (25 m2), where there is a desk, double bed and wardrobe available. Let's don´t forget the bathroom with a bath and a washing machine. A toilet is located separately. Next to the kitchen there is a hallway for fridge and closet (cupboard). A hall has a decent 7m2 and a chamber has 2m2. The apartment has a large cellar (8,5 m2), where you can store all your belongings you do not need to have with you in the apartment. The cellar is under security camera surveillance and is behind three lockable doors.
Moving in is possible from 1 September and the contract is concluded for one year, with the possibility of extension if mutual satisfaction. Refundable deposit is set at two monthly rents. It is possible to have a registered permanent residence in the apartment. The apartment is heated by electric heating system with a reasonable rate of electricity 20 hours a day for all consumers. The total expenses, including electricity, water, gas and fees for common areas in the house, are CZK 3 000, the rent is CZK 11 900. Energies are registered to the tenant.
The apartment is located in a beautiful location on the border of Libeň and Vysočany, which offers everything you can need for living. Do you like sport? Excellent circular training sessions are part of the block (up to 100 m), the gym in the Harfa Gallery Center is 300 m away, the cycle path between Troja and Hloubětín is 700 m away, and Podviní Park as well. Or do you prefer to sit with wine, beer or coffee? Pleasant café / wine bar called Pannicum café is a part of the block (200m), Italian pizzeria Cerreto is 290 m away or minibrewery Kolčavka is a beautiful walk next to Rokytka (950 m). In addition, Vysočany offers the Gong theater and cultural center (250 m), the Vysočany Health Center (500 m) or the Balabenka primary school (850 m). You will find all of this in a short distance from the center of Prague. It is 350 m away to the Českomoravská metro station and 8 minutes away to Florenc metro station!
Viewings are possible on 7 August in the afternoon, because the flat is currently beng rented, so tenants must be available too.
