The apartment is fully equipped with modern designer furniture and fully furnished (e.g. microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, full kitchen equipment - cutlery, plates, pots, glasses, seating on the terraces (for 4 people and the second bar stools for 2), lamps, kettle, work desk, chairs, bed with duvets). The apartment faces south-west, so it is sunny almost all day. The apartment has everything, so there is no need to buy standard equipment. It is also possible to rent a cellar (500 CZK per month), provide internet and cleaning. The price is 20,000 + fees (approx. 7,500 in total incl. electricity). In case of a pet, 1,000 CZK extra per month.
I am offering the apartment for rent for a shorter period (max. 6 months) due to a planned sale. In case the apartment is not sold, the lease can be extended. The tenant agrees that inspections will be carried out (max. 2 times per month).
