The DOX museum and several restaurants are located nearby, as well as shops and supermarkets. The apartment is on the second floor and furnished.
The rent is 20,000 CZK + 2,400 CZK for services (utilities, waste etc., internet excluded). Deposit of 30,000 CZK. The apartment is available from 1st of July 2025.
I also speak Czech, German, Spanish and Swedish. As an owner I have been living in the flat for the last year or so but am now moving to a different part of Prague. I am looking for a non-smoker with a stable financial situation.
