We offer a one bedroom flat finished to a high standard for long-term rent. The flat is situated in the complex called “Eden Park” in Ruzinov in its main building overlooking the Strkovec lake. The surroundings offer many amenities within the complex such as several beauty salons, a café and a wine bar and the best stocked Billa in Bratislava is 50 meters from the flat while other sporting and wellness facilities can be found within walking distance (300 meters).
Your future residence is located on the second floor of the main building which offers amenities such as a representative entry hall with a sofa, flowers and a 24/7 receptionist. There are three elevators located in the building that will conveniently get you to the second floor or to the underground garage where your car is parked without unnecessary waiting.
The building was built in 2009 and the flat was bought and fitted out in 2011 to a very high standard for personal use. It is being let fully furnished equipped with a combined washing machine and dryer, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, seating facilities on the balcony, air-conditioner in the bedroom, etc. and should offer comfortable accommodation for a single person or a couple.
