We are offering a new 2-room apartment for rent in the recently completed project Pod vinicou at Skalická cesta 3A (Nové mesto – Biely kríž). The apartment, with a total area of 63.1 m² (57.04 m² of living space plus a 5.97 m² balcony), is located on the 2nd floor of a 5-story building, facing southeast. A storage room directly opposite the apartment is included. In addition, we offer a convenient parking space right by the entrance to the building. Barrier-free access is ensured via the garage in the building’s basement.
The apartment building is situated within a gated complex with a children’s playground. Its location is ideal in terms of local amenities (LIDL is 750 m away), transportation (a public transit stop is 300 m away, and Vinohrady railway station is approximately 1 km away), and most notably, immediate access to vineyards and the Little Carpathians (perfect for cycling, walking, or jogging).
