For sale is a generous plot of land, ideally suited for a multi-family residential building, located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Fröndenberg-Ostbüren. It is situated in the Ostbüren jurisdiction, Flur 3, No. 213. The natural surroundings offer excellent conditions for families or multi-generational projects. With the Bundesstraße 1 (federal highway) only 3 km away, there is good transport connectivity to neighboring towns and the motorways A1, A2, and A44.
