The City of Fröndenberg/Ruhr, with approximately 21,000 inhabitants, is located in the southern part of the Unna district along the Hagen-Kassel and Unna-Neuenrade railway lines, as well as near the Dortmund-Kassel motorway. The river terraces on the right bank of the Ruhr and the elevations of the western Haar ridge shape its landscape. The Ruhr Valley forms the culmination of Lower Sauerland, rising some 120 m up to the 244.7 m high Henrichsknübel. The northern part of the city borders on the Hellwegbörde.

The proximity to the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path and the adjacent nature reserves makes it ideal for excursions.

The plot is located in the “Am Obsthof” development area in the Ostbüren district. The district has a kindergarten. Shopping opportunities, additional kindergartens, primary schools, a comprehensive school, and sports facilities are available in the town center.
