Indexed Rent: This is based on the cost of living price index determined annually by the Federal Statistical Office. The landlord may adjust the rent annually according to the general price development.

The apartment is to be rented out as soon as possible (15.07.26). The future tenant will not incur any brokerage fee.

The security deposit must be transferred by bank payment into a security deposit escrow account that is kept separate from the landlord’s assets. Security deposit insurance policies, bank guarantees, or similar instruments will not be accepted.
