It costs 495 € per month + a 100 € prepayment for ancillary costs + a deposit of 3 months’ rent.

The apartment has a total area of 277 sqm (including the roof terrace's base area) for the 5-person flat share that features individual rooms each with its own bathroom – meaning 5 rooms for the residents, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 large living room (60 sqm), and a 70 sqm roof terrace.
The room that is now becoming available, including its bathroom, is 22 m² (see room number 9 on the floor plan for the 9th floor). It has large windows that let in plenty of light.
Located on the western edge of Frankfurt in an industrial area with many startups; nearby is an international school, a listed water tower, and the Frankfurt green belt (with endless jogging opportunities; Brentanobad; Petri-Schlösschen, Brentanopark, Klein-Venedig, large markets; charming garden inns; good restaurants).
Entirely refurbished in 2006 – everything except the load-bearing walls is new – the apartment is in top condition and stylish, offering a gigantic view. The large, wind-protected roof terrace (70 sqm) is private and offers a view of the Taunus; I hope that more than just a functional community will develop there, although that isn’t a necessity. A 60 sqm living room in the shared flat, along with a large dining table and an open counter kitchen, fosters a community lifestyle. In addition, there is another fully equipped tea kitchen on the 9th floor to cater to the roof terrace or for a quick breakfast.
Each flat share resident has their own bathroom directly connected to their room, which eliminates the usual points of friction and protects privacy.
Currently, the age range of the residents is approximately those born between 1969 and 1978. Everyone works in demanding professions and is therefore “well occupied.”

The corresponding bathroom is very nice and elegant. A visit speaks louder than a thousand photos. Please refer to the floor plan PDF in the attachments – see the yellow area. I have considerable flat-sharing experience myself, which is why I had this idea, and the property is very well suited. The penthouse apartment actually comprises a total of four apartments on the same floors (two 2-room and one 3-room units) that belong to it but are separate, and they could potentially be used to expand the community.
