Room 1: Cozy, approx. 9.63 m² – with direct, exclusive access to the balcony! €450 (cold rent) plus €80 advance for utilities.

Room 2: Comfortable, approx. 10.43 m² – €465 (cold rent) plus €80 advance for utilities.

Room 3: Spacious, approx. 12.34 m² – €480 (cold rent) plus €80 advance for utilities.

Room 4: The largest room with a generous approx. 13.99 m² – €495 (cold rent) plus €80 advance for utilities.
