We are renting out a property in need of renovation in a good location in Offenbach am Main. We are looking for a tenant who enjoys DIY work and wants to help shape his or her future home according to personal ideas.

The Concept: Joint Renovation

The apartment is handed over in its current condition. We support you as follows:

Materials: After prior coordination, we will cover the complete costs for flooring, wallpaper, drywall, paint, tiles, sanitary fixtures, and electrical equipment as agreed. Additionally, you don't have to pay rent for 5 months.

Own Contribution: You carry out the renovation work (painting, flooring, installations) on your own.

Support: We won't let you work alone. In case of technical questions or heavy tasks, we'll provide active support.

The electrical system must be renewed as part of the renovation. Here, we work hand in hand:

Your Planning: You decide where you need power sockets, switches, or light outlets.

Preparation: After consultation, you can cut grooves or install flush-mounted boxes.

Professional Execution: The proper installation, wiring, and final approval must be carried out by a qualified electrical contractor.
