The location is a major advantage – just a short walk from the forest park, Hostivař reservoir, outdoor swimming area, golf course, sports facilities, Pivovar Hostivar, and Lidl supermarket. Public transport is also nearby, including buses, trams, and the Praha-Hostivař train station with fast connections to the city centre.
