Erkrath-Unterfeldhaus is one of the most popular residential areas on the eastern border of Düsseldorf. The neighborhood is characterized by a well-established residential development, consisting almost exclusively of condominiums and single-family houses.

This friendly and spacious condominium—with upscale interior finishes—in a well-maintained multi-family building that is mostly owner-occupied is located on the 7th floor. It is conveniently accessible by elevator to the 6th floor followed by a short flight of stairs.

The entire apartment features 3-year-old laminate flooring.
