A nearly new fitted kitchen by Nobilia, complete with built-in appliances, is already in the apartment and is included in the rental price. A small dining area would easily find space in the kitchen as well. You access the east-facing master bedroom via the dressing room, which could also be used as a small office if desired. The connections for such use are already provided. The children’s room faces south.
