The complex is nestled between the listed Prenzlauer Berg pumping station (built 1906–1908) and the Goldpunkthaus, a building complex predominantly renting out commercial office space, which is visually complemented by a listed Gründerzeit-era old building from 1900 with a historic brick façade, immediately visible from the apartment. The residential complex itself dates from 1998 and is therefore neither old nor listed.
