Beautiful 3-room apartment on the first floor in a well-maintained multi-family house. The parking space in the underground garage may be rented with a lead time of 3 months if desired, as it is currently rented separately. This also means that it does not have to be rented.

There is excellent access to public transportation. A bus stop for line 134 is in the immediate vicinity, as is the Solln S-Bahn stop (S7, S20). The good connection to the Garmisch motorway will quickly take you to the "5 Lakes" region.

All daily shopping facilities, doctors, schools, and kindergartens are nearby. The bathroom and the toilet have been completely refurbished (bathtub and shower, one WC in the bathroom and one separate WC, sink, as well as a newly installed towel rail).
