New Construction Condominiums – 6 multi-family houses are being built using climate-friendly solid timber construction with industrially prefabricated wall and ceiling elements (serial production) and meet the KfW-40-QNG standard. Houses 1 to 4 have nearly identical layouts and each contains 14 residential units with living areas of approximately 84 m² to 132 m², offering 3 or 4 rooms.
Houses 5 and 6, located in a sheltered courtyard, each have 8 apartments with living areas ranging from approximately 61 to 117 m² and apartment sizes with 2, 3, and 4 rooms. The buildings are identical in design, however, they are arranged mirror-image next to each other.
The 6 multi-family houses and their access roads are arranged in such a way that generously sized green areas and a well-visible playground for the youngest residents are created in the inner courtyard – sheltered and set away from the street.
The basement is constructed as a cast-in-place concrete structure (“white shell”) – the easily accessible underground garage has been planned with separate entry and exit routes to ensure swift ingress and egress even during peak times.
Approximately 35 parking spaces in the underground garage are pre-equipped for charging stations/wall boxes from the start, so that you can have an immediate charging option if desired.
Several communal storage areas for bicycles have also been provided.
The storage areas for waste containers have been planned above ground, near the houses, ensuring the shortest possible route to the street.
