We offer a partially furnished room in a flatshare with seven people in a quiet rear building that is also superbly centrally located. The room is bright and spacious and features its own large terrace with a southwest orientation that includes a small garden area.

Our flatshare has two entrances and two bathrooms. In the common area, there is a kitchen and a cloakroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, exhaust hood, refrigerator, and ceramic hob.

In the building, there is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as the option to set up a drying rack. The courtyard/garden is available for shared use. In addition, there is bicycle parking behind the house. The room is available for rent immediately.

Our flatshare is situated in an exceptionally quiet area, despite its super central location. The S-Bahn, tram, and bus are all within walking distance, and the subway can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot or by bus. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous shops, sports facilities, doctors, and much more.

In addition to the private terrace area, the flatshare is equipped with a kitchen that includes a ceramic oven, an exhaust system, and two large refrigerator/freezers. Two bathrooms are available. The flatshare features two bathrooms, underfloor heating, carpeted areas, and tiled bathrooms.
