The previous tenants parked on the side streets of Höfingen. Between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM, parking is available nearby at the bakery or the library (please observe the parking signs). Due to its central location in Leonberg-Höfingen, you can conveniently take care of your daily needs on foot. In the immediate vicinity, you will find restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and a café.
The Höfingen S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. From there, you are approximately 30 minutes by the S60 to Böblingen and 15 minutes by the S6 to Feuerbach, or 21 minutes to Stuttgart Hbf.
The well-known Schloßhotel is accessible within a 5- to 10-minute walk. Stuttgart Airport is about 20 km away.
The highway connection towards Karlsruhe or Munich is accessible in about 10 minutes and 6 km.
