In our three-person shared flat, one room is still available – fully furnished and ideal for students or anyone seeking a relaxed shared living experience in a comfortable home.

The flat includes a bright, attractive bathroom and a guest WC. The kitchen offers plenty of space for shared meals and spending time together.

Equipped with everything you need, you can move in right away and feel immediately at home. The furniture can be removed if desired. No separate fee is charged for the furniture – we trust that you will treat it as if it were your own.

The various faculties of FAU University, which are scattered throughout Erlangen, can be reached within 10 minutes by bicycle via bike paths or by bus in a maximum of 15 minutes.

Within 5 minutes, you’ll find supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, sports fields, and pedestrian shopping zones.

The apartment is located in a quiet part of Erlangen, Spardorf, with plenty of green space – ideal for studying in peace or simply unwinding. As a gateway to Franconian Switzerland, you are quickly close to some of the best hiking and cycling areas.

At the building, there are ample parking options for cars and secure bicycle storage facilities.

The apartment is in a renovated building and has been upgraded with underfloor heating, new bathrooms, and new kitchens. There are other shared flats in the building as well, creating a wonderfully cozy atmosphere.

Occasionally, residents grill in the communal gardens or simply relax together. Nevertheless, it is important to everyone that each person has their own private retreat.

There is a communal laundry room in the building equipped with washing machines, dryers, and clotheslines.

An additional fee of €25 for electricity and €20 for internet applies, and excellent Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The room is available for immediate move-in.

One of the rooms in the shared flat will become available on August 1st.
